We work with many high profile brands and have high levels of quality control throughout the business from the development stage, through production to final delivery to ensure all goods are consistent with brand guidelines and meet the very highest standard required. We offer both a fully bespoke offering where goods are made to order or we can re-label or re-package to ensure all aspects of the product are fully brand compliant.

GMD take a two stage approach which includes our design team and our Product R&D team to ensure design and products are current and relevant

  • Researching for new and exciting products to add in to our range.
  • We ensure these products are compliant with all relevant testing
  • Ensure the product will be cost effective
  • Keeping up with ‘On trend’ products
  • Liaise with our factories for any exciting new and different decoration techniques
  • Improve on existing products to keep them relevant in todays market.

GMD believe in having an open dialogue with our clients as well as our factories right from the first enquiry to ensure clarity and build confidence in a working relationship.

We aim to deliver this by continuing to do the following:

  • Appoint an individual account manager to see through every aspect of your project
  • Open dialogue via email , phone,  virtual and physical meetings.
  • We will supply factory audits and testing reports when requested.
  • Constant contact with our factories to make sure projects are chased regularly so we can give the most up to date information.
  • Updates for each project and the status of each element Design, quote, order process, sampling and product delivery.
  • We will tailor the way we process your account to follow the process you require from when the order is placed such as sampling, delivery instructions and invoicing.
  • Offer the same level of communication and services after the order has been closed to ensure we continue to build the working relationship.
